This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Assist Project Managers in organizing and overseeing project implementation.
• Promote effective communication among internal teams and clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Aid in people management tasks, including hiring strategies, professional development support, and conducting individual meetings.
• Work in conjunction with HR on initiatives for team development.
• Prepare and present project status updates and reports for clients and managers.
• Maintain and revise project management documentation in accordance with company standards.
• Support project initiation, completion, and transition activities.
• Contribute to organizational efforts, such as team-building events.
• Oversee time reporting and ensure the accuracy of data.
• Demonstrated experience as a Project Coordinator or Assistant Project Manager in the IT sector for at least 1 year.
• Strong command of Microsoft tools: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Familiarity with SharePoint or similar platforms is advantageous.
• Proficient in producing clear, efficient, and professional reports.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Well-honed soft skills: communication, adaptability, and problem-solving.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in people management or related areas, including coaching, mentoring, conflict resolution, motivation, and team building.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in spoken and written English.
