Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of client-focused IT projects from initiation to final delivery.

• Collaborate with Technical Account Managers (TAMs) and technical teams to ensure alignment on project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.

• Facilitate effective communication among internal teams, clients, and external vendors.

• Monitor progress, identify obstacles early, and drive subsequent actions to maintain project momentum.

• Promote consistent project workflows, documentation practices, and communication standards.

• Take ownership of and manage new client onboarding as a designated project.

• Coordinate efforts across internal teams (support, systems, TAMs) to guarantee a seamless transition.

• Develop, enhance, and sustain project tracking systems (HaloPSA, project plans, dashboards, etc.).

• Liaise with third-party vendors regarding project timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• PMP or CAPM certification is required.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination or project management.

• Excellent organizational and tracking abilities across multiple simultaneous projects.

• Proficient in clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience in coordinating efforts across various teams and external partners.

• Strongly preferred to have IT experience or familiarity with IT infrastructure, systems, or managed services.

• Background in a client-facing or consulting role is essential.

• Proven experience in building or enhancing project tracking systems and workflows.

• Nice to have experience collaborating with nonprofit organizations or mission-driven teams.

• Familiarity with tools such as HaloPSA, ITGlue, or comparable systems.
