This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• Overseeing the effective and efficient management of projects.
• Developing and updating the Detailed Implementation Plan (DIP) for the project and monitoring its execution.
• Responsible for managing consultants and other relevant stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs.
• Leading the financial management aspects, including budget planning and expenditure tracking, of the project.
• Identifying project risks and establishing mitigation strategies.
• Establishing best practices in partnership management.
• Initiating, establishing, and maintaining strong relationships and coordination with stakeholders from the government and private sectors.
• Collaborating with the MER Specialist to manage and oversee the project's implementation.
• Ensuring that Plan International's global policies on Safeguarding Children and Young People, as well as Gender Equality and Inclusion, are thoroughly integrated into project design.
• An undergraduate degree in education, health, social fields, or related areas such as health, Early Childhood Development (ECD), and gender equality.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, including budget oversight, monitoring, evaluation, and quality project reporting.
• At least 3 years of experience collaborating with government agencies/offices and working within the Health and ECD sectors.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to operate efficiently and effectively with minimal day-to-day supervision.
