Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assists in the successful delivery of projects by coordinating tasks, overseeing schedules, and monitoring progress.

• Engages with stakeholders to guarantee that projects are completed on schedule, within the defined scope, and adhere to budget constraints.

• Organizes, prioritizes, and manages work orders in collaboration with vendors, onsite teams, and stakeholders.

• Allocates resources effectively, addresses scheduling conflicts, and ensures that work orders are prepared for execution.

• Monitors, finalizes, documents, and submits work orders for billing purposes.

• Oversees performance metrics against timelines, quality benchmarks, SLAs, and KPIs.

• Provides status updates and confirms project completion with stakeholders.

• Ensures adherence to operational protocols and quality standards.

• Offers guidance to teams and undertakes other related responsibilities as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in project coordination or operations support.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

• Proficient in MS Office, with strong skills in documentation and workflow coordination.

• Excellent organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Outstanding English communication skills, both verbal and written (phone and email).

• Detail-oriented, quick learner, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.

• Willingness to work during US-based hours and adapt to evolving project requirements.

• Team-oriented with the ability to support and mentor others.
