This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Utilize project management tools and expertise to guarantee the successful launch and execution of Innovation and Renovation (I&R) projects.

• Lead the implementation of innovation and renovation strategies within the Nutrition sector for the LATAM region.

• Ensure the effective introduction of new nutritional products.

• Foster effective collaboration of innovation and renovation initiatives with cross-functional teams.

• Recognize and capitalize on growth and expansion opportunities in the LATAM nutrition market.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher is required.

• Proven experience in project management.

• Background in working within matrixed organizational structures.

• Proficient spoken English and Spanish is essential.
