This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas, +1 more state.
• Assist in the execution of significant commercial real estate design and construction initiatives.
• Evaluate, monitor, and manage project budgets, vendor proposals, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Verify vendor invoices against contract stipulations.
• Exhibit expertise in project management technology platforms.
• Proactively recognize project-related risks and apply effective solutions.
• Conduct regular audits of project data entries to pinpoint compliance issues.
• Suggest best practices and opportunities for process enhancements.
• Participate in program and project meetings to document action items and deliverables.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in project administration, project accounting, or related support functions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in financial reconciliation, purchase order management, vendor invoice processing, and identifying/resolving data discrepancies within financial management systems.
• Daily proficiency in both Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of holding team members accountable to established procedures.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Technologically adept with a proven capacity to independently resolve common remote and onsite work setup issues.
• Highly receptive to coaching with a history of swiftly mastering new digital tools and project management technologies.
