This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Assist the Account Manager (AM) or Supervisor with daily tasks, management of deliverables, budgets, and timelines for media campaigns and on-demand client projects by collaborating closely with the design and marketing teams.
• Utilize project management tools to coordinate tasks, deliverables, and deadlines for all involved stakeholders.
• Lead the development of project plans, timelines, and milestones for marketing initiatives.
• Work with the team to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Track project progress and address any challenges or delays that arise.
• Handle administrative responsibilities such as organizing meeting agendas, managing email communications, maintaining project documentation, assisting with invoicing, coordinating internal and external meetings, and acting as the primary note-taker during these meetings, providing comprehensive follow-ups and recaps based on client expectations.
• Review deliverables to ensure consistency and accuracy prior to submission to the client for approval.
• Contribute to the enhancement of internal processes and ensure that accounts are structured effectively to boost agency efficiency.
• Support budget management by ensuring that campaigns are on track to meet monthly and annual spending objectives.
• Shadow the lead AM or Media Supervisor and assist with high-level strategies to achieve client objectives and KPIs as needed.
• Possess a solid understanding of the client’s industry, products, business culture, and competitors, and serve as a key knowledge resource for the broader team with the support of the AM or Supervisor.
• Enthusiastic about digital marketing and committed to working in a media agency.
• Highly proactive, organized, and adaptable; able to take initiative and follow through on job responsibilities independently.
• Capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communicator who can articulate and convey a cohesive narrative to executives, team members, and clients through written and verbal communication.
• Effectively manage your team from a project management, feedback, and efficiency perspective.
• Skilled in utilizing project management platforms.
• Ability to follow up on tasks to ensure deadlines are met across various projects concurrently.
• Strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail, reliable, and possesses great energy.
• Intermediate Certification from ClickUp or other relevant project management platforms.
• PMP or a related certification.
