This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Oversee the management of project, contractor, and client databases and files.
• Accountable for the timely, quality, and profitable execution of interpreting inquiries.
• Address requests from customers, colleagues, and management efficiently.
• Enter new interpreter details into the database.
• Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Collaborate effectively with the management team.
• Ensure the prompt delivery of high-quality interpreting inquiries.
• Show a commitment to ongoing professional education.
• Native or near-native proficiency in English.
• At least 2 years of experience in administrative and/or operations roles.
• A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree (or equivalent) is preferred, though not mandatory.
• Experience within the interpretation and translation sector.
• Advanced skills in Excel, including expertise in pivot tables, KPI measurement, margin growth analysis, and performance tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• A reliable and stable internet connection with headsets that include a microphone and USB connection.
