This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a portfolio of security-oriented Professional Services projects.
• Manage projects throughout the entire engagement lifecycle, encompassing sales transition, resource allocation, development of customer project plans, execution oversight, and project completion.
• Ensure consistent and timely communication with key stakeholders.
• Address and resolve project issues and risks effectively.
• Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external clients.
• Guarantee that project goals and statement-of-work deliverables are achieved.
• Strategically plan and manage resources to align with scope and budget expectations.
• Maintain the OpenAir PSA application for project-related data.
• Oversee and support processes related to revenue recognition and customer invoicing.
• Develop and uphold project management methodology and process documentation.
• Uphold the Core Values of GuidePoint Security.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficient in the advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
• Strong capability to utilize Microsoft Excel for project reporting.
• Familiarity with OpenAir and Salesforce, or similar Professional Services applications.
• Preferred standard industry certifications.
• Advanced computer skills, particularly with Mac and Google applications, are preferred.
• Experience interacting with information security professionals and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and/or teams simultaneously while ensuring customer satisfaction and financial viability.
• Knowledge of a wide range of information security terminology and disciplines.
• Understanding of revenue recognition and invoicing within professional services.
• Strong written communication skills for creating formal deliverables.
• Effective verbal communication skills from technical teams to senior management.
• Capacity to analyze and resolve problems, tackle complex tasks, and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to cultivate customer relationships that improve communication and ensure project success.
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn and use AI-enabled tools.
• Proven strong skills in persuasion and negotiation.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.
• Sedentary work requirements.
• Significant movement of wrists, hands, and/or fingers for at least 8 hours a day.
• Close visual acuity required for viewing a computer terminal and/or performing extensive reading for a minimum of 8 hours a day.
• Primarily remote workforce (U.S. based only).
