This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Represent Green Earth Group at local stakeholder meetings, including engagements with government entities, NGOs, development agencies, local collaborators, farmers, landowners, agricultural firms, and other pertinent parties.
• Professionally present the projects and communicate key updates, outcomes, and action items to the international team in English.
• Establish and sustain connections with local authorities, ministries, municipalities, landowners, agricultural businesses, implementation partners, NGOs, and community representatives.
• Assist in developing and nurturing trusted relationships with local partners and stakeholders involved in Green Earth Group’s carbon project initiatives in Ukraine.
• Organize local travel, site visits, logistics, document gathering, meeting preparation, and facilitate meetings with farmers or landowners, including basic reporting.
• Monitor and disseminate information on developments in local media, policies, regulations, agriculture, land use, or community activities that may impact the projects.
• Provide practical support to ensure prompt follow-up after meetings, workshops, field visits, or project events.
• Occasionally accompany Green Earth Group team members, consultants, auditors, or project partners to field sites.
• Document experiences by capturing photos, quotes, brief updates, and field notes for internal reporting, project records, and marketing or investor communications when applicable.
• Residing in Ukraine, with consistent availability to attend meetings, coordinate activities locally, and support project efforts on the ground.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficient in Ukrainian, Russian, and English.
• Prior experience in administration, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, external affairs, agriculture, or local government relations is advantageous.
• Professional, proactive, and highly organized, demonstrating strong follow-up skills.
• Comfortable interacting with farmers, landowners, local partners, authorities, NGOs, and international team members.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to project areas within Ukraine, with travel expenses covered.
• A significant role contributing to environmental restoration, sustainable agriculture, and community advancement in Ukraine.
