Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Support the Project Manager (PM) by coordinating field contractors, staffing projects, and reviewing and upholding work quality to ensure quality assurance and quality control are met within time limits and budget constraints.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with at least 3 years of in-house or field experience, which includes but is not limited to title work, leasing, contractor or crew-chief management, and proficiency in Kudu or similar land systems.

• A Registered Landman certification is required.

• Leadership experience within a brokerage firm is advantageous, demonstrating the ability to lead teams and promote operational excellence.

• Develops and sustains positive relationships with clients, vendors, employees, contractors, and prospective clients, showcasing a customer service mindset; actively participates in industry events and associations.

• Works in conjunction with the PM and crew chief to coordinate work requirements; Communicates these requirements to contract landmen, reviews their work, and ensures the timely delivery of the expected final product.

• Collaborates with the PM to assess staffing needs; Screens and reviews candidates in preparation for contracts.

• Experience with operating land programs is highly desirable, alongside proficiency in standard computer software and hardware, including Office 365 applications/email, Adobe, and managing the physical flow of documents.

• Possesses a problem-solution focus, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively while effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Exhibits strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Able to maintain high productivity in a deadline-oriented setting while ensuring extreme accuracy.

• Understands and implements Company policies effectively.

• Demonstrates a strong ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
