This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• Oversee various technology deployment initiatives by employing established project management methodologies.
• Organize, communicate, and follow up with field technicians, service partners, and clients to ensure the achievement of project milestones.
• Supervise live deployment processes, technician check-ins, and project advancement while delivering real-time issue resolution and escalation support.
• Manage project communications through platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, email, phone, and internal ticketing systems.
• Assist in technician preparedness by confirming scheduled resources, validating deployment requirements, and ensuring site readiness prior to project initiation.
• Monitor project deliverables, gather necessary documentation, and confirm customer acceptance criteria are met.
• Record project notes, keep installation status updates, and document issues throughout the deployment process.
• Oversee multiple project workstreams simultaneously while guaranteeing technicians and service partners receive prompt support.
• Review Statements of Work (SOWs) for completeness, signature execution, and project configuration within internal systems.
• Collect partner invoices and assist in billing reconciliation and project financial documentation.
• Generate project status reports, meeting minutes, and other project management artifacts.
• Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives.
• Provide support to Project Managers with scheduling, reporting, portfolio tracking, and administrative project tasks.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, service delivery standards, billing requirements, and documentation processes.
• Experience in supporting IT projects, project coordination, professional services, or technology deployments.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects in a high-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking capabilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities, with the aptitude to escalate issues as necessary.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.
• Experience in creating project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, and project artifacts.
• Capability to prioritize competing tasks while maintaining outstanding attention to detail.
