This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver administrative assistance to the program manager and project team members to ensure that project objectives are effectively communicated, monitored, and fulfilled on schedule.
• Offer support for both on-site and virtual meetings, including the preparation of materials and attendance at client site meetings.
• Interact with state staff and educators while managing any concerns and inquiries.
• Prepare and submit expense vouchers, travel reimbursements, and invoices to the CBO.
• Revise and update ancillary documentation and customer support materials, such as software user guides, administration manuals, and brochures.
• Organize and maintain project artifacts, including meeting agendas, official meeting minutes, issues logs, and other tracking documents.
• Facilitate and coordinate software user acceptance testing as well as software specification verifications.
• Monitor client feedback and track internal functional-team responses and resolutions.
• Collaborate with Help Desk agents to coordinate responses to both routine and complex Help Desk inquiries.
• Assist in the production and assembly of reports, presentations, proposals, and meeting materials.
• A Bachelor's degree or 2 to 4 years of pertinent experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Keen attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Google Suite.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% per quarter.
