Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assists in the execution of customer implementation projects by organizing setup tasks, monitoring progress, and facilitating communication among internal teams and client stakeholders.

• Collaborates directly with clients and project teams to support onboarding processes, manage access coordination, assist with data-related activities, document procedures, and help arrange or lead training sessions for users.

• Monitors project tasks, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring precise documentation and effective communication throughout the project's lifecycle.

• Detects and documents project challenges or risks and escalates them to project managers or technical teams for resolution.

• Gathers client feedback and contributes to the ongoing enhancement of processes, documentation, and service delivery.

• Offers coordination assistance for both remote and on-site implementations as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, customer support, or administrative positions.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities within a fast-paced environment.

• Basic knowledge of project management principles.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Eagerness to learn new systems, tools, and processes.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
