This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Offer project coordination, executive administrative, and operational assistance across various MedAxiom departments, including Care Transformation Services (CTS), Revenue Cycle Solutions (RCS), Membership, Marketing, and Ventures.
β’ Collaborate closely with the lead CTS consultant for each initiative, managing processes to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with organizational goals.
β’ Act as a crucial point of coordination among internal teams, consultants, clients, members, and external stakeholders.
β’ Oversee project advancement, monitor key deadlines, identify potential risks or obstacles, and escalate issues as necessary.
β’ An associate degree or bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, management, or a related field is preferred.
β’ At least 3 years of experience in executive administration, project coordination, operations support, healthcare administration, consulting support, or similar roles.
β’ Proven experience in supporting senior leaders, executives, or leadership teams.
β’ Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
β’ Experience in coordinating projects, meetings, schedules, and deliverables across various stakeholders.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills, complemented by excellent interpersonal abilities.
β’ Capability to independently evaluate priorities, exercise sound judgment, and take appropriate actions.
β’ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
β’ High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
β’ Ability to uphold confidentiality and professionalism while supporting leadership and client-facing activities.
