This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Assist in the effective deployment and acceptance of AI-driven solutions for enterprise clients in collaboration with internal partners.
• Oversee project schedules, deliverables, meetings, and follow-up actions to facilitate smooth implementation processes.
• Organize and prepare for crucial client meetings, including project kick-offs, regular updates, and business reviews.
• Track customer usage metrics, identify patterns, and offer actionable insights to enhance adoption and engagement.
• Work alongside clients to establish and refine use cases that align with their business goals.
• Set up, manage, and optimize customer workspaces to guarantee a seamless and effective user experience.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer users and stakeholders on a daily basis, providing product guidance and support.
• Oversee issue tracking, bug reporting, and the escalation process with relevant internal teams.
• Keep documentation, best practices, and process uniformity consistent across customer implementations.
• Engage in ongoing process enhancements and initiatives aimed at operational efficiency.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in project coordination, customer success, product operations, technical support, or a comparable client-facing position.
• Experience working directly with clients, preferably within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, capable of managing multiple priorities at once.
• Excellent communication abilities and confidence in customer-facing engagements.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret usage data and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
• Proactive, solution-focused attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
• Authentic interest in AI, SaaS products, and emerging technologies.
• Professional fluency in English.
