This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska.

📋 Description

• Organize extensive capacity building and compliance support for Alaska Native victim services programs.

• Collaborate closely to monitor progress and assist grantees in executing tailored assistance plans to improve and fortify their crime victim services.

• Facilitate connections with subject matter experts, peer-to-peer learning opportunities, and relevant resources.

• Offer guidance on utilizing technology to provide services in rural and remote areas with limited connectivity.

• Establish partnerships and work in collaboration with regional assistance providers.

• Provide logistical support for training sessions, including webinars, peer learning exchanges, and communities of practice.

• Assist in strategic planning initiatives.

• Identify and disseminate culturally responsive, trauma-informed practices, resources, and methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• At least 5 years of experience supporting Alaska Native communities in victim services.

• Must be located in Alaska.

• Willingness to travel if necessary.

• ***U.S. citizenship is mandated by federal government contract.***

• ***This role requires a Public Trust security clearance. Applicants will undergo a government security investigation to obtain clearance before the start date.***
