Project Controller – Infrastructure Projects, Fiber Optic Expansion (FttH/X)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Accountable for managing all commercial aspects related to our fiber optic expansion project(s) in the North Rhine-Westphalia area.

• Act as a liaison among technical management, sales administration, and controlling teams.

• Offer guidance on financial data for projects.

• Conduct monthly oversight of client project activities.

• Assess project margins and relay this information to our Finance Manager/Business Controller.

• Generate KPIs and metrics for monthly reporting purposes.

• Evaluate budgets and revise cost estimates in collaboration with project managers and site managers.

• Coordinate monthly project review meetings for various management entities.

• Monitor and track overall project budgets against established targets.

• Assist in the ongoing optimization and advancement of processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in Business Administration or a similar qualification with a focus on Controlling or Accounting.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in project controlling, preferably with infrastructure projects; knowledge of risk and claims management is a plus.

• Adaptable and eager to assist with other responsibilities within the commercial sector.

• Hands-on experience with various project controlling tools, along with strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Ideally, experience with ERP systems.

• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
