This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Cost planning and budgeting: Development and upkeep of cost and budget strategies.

• Project cost control: Performing comparisons of planned versus actual figures and evaluating discrepancies.

• Reporting and decision support: Generation of cost control documentation and financial updates.

• Interfaces and commercial project assistance: Close cooperation with project management, engineering, procurement/tendering, and finance/controlling.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in the commercial management of construction, infrastructure, or large-scale projects (including cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting).

• Strong analytical skills regarding costs, risks, and project profitability.

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (and PowerPoint); ideally familiar with MS Project/SharePoint.

• Experience with SAP.

• Preferable: experience with AVA software, such as RIB iTWO.

• Fluency in German and English for business communication (minimum C1 level).
