📋 Description

• Develop and implement systems analysis methodologies and documentation standards, offering guidance to junior staff members.

• Direct cross-functional teams to resolve business or systems-related challenges.

• Evaluate, refine, and document intricate system user requirements, including functional goals, data sources and availability, reporting needs, and cross-system integration criteria.

• Advise users on automated systems solutions.

• Assist in mid-to-large-scale projects where development and implementation timelines typically exceed six months.

• Transform program cost, staffing, performance, and financial-control data into meaningful management insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Typically possesses a Bachelor's degree and has 6 to 8 years of experience, or equivalent relevant work experience; each year of professional experience can substitute for a year of required education.

• Must hold a Secret clearance to commence employment.

• Necessary certifications include PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), or Project Management Professional (PMP).

• Responsible for maintaining program cost, staffing, performance, and financial-control data.

• Engages in forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, and business-process analysis.
