Project Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as Interim Controller, managing all financial operations.

• Oversee accounting processes, transactions, and the month-end closing cycle.

• Prepare and evaluate financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

• Establish and supervise internal controls to ensure compliance with regulations.

• Lead various special projects, such as system transitions, audit preparations, and financial integrations for mergers and acquisitions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related disciplines.

• Proven experience in complex, multi-entity corporate environments.

• Outstanding problem-solving abilities.

• High level of self-motivation and initiative in uncertain situations.

• Expertise in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) and data analysis tools.

• Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization.

• Must be able to pass comprehensive background checks (criminal, credit, education, certification, references).
