Project Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Conducting product training sessions for clients.

• Supporting customers in an Outsourced Resource capacity, aiding with daily operational tasks.

• Collaborating with StarRez Project Managers or Senior Consultants on larger initiatives.

• Addressing project, implementation, or customer-related issues by adhering to proper escalation protocols in line with internal practices.

• Developing project documentation and operational procedures.

• Performing tests on products, tools, or components.

• Creating and updating documentation for both customer-facing and internal use.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer implementations or projects within a SaaS or higher education setting (e.g., Student Information Systems such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, Banner, etc.).

• Demonstrated ability to establish trusted partnerships with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, including experience in presenting to senior-level audiences.

• Excellent problem-solving, issue management, and analytical capabilities.

• Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

• Detail-oriented with exceptional documentation and follow-through skills.

• Technologically curious, with a knack for swiftly learning new tools and systems.
