This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the planning, scoping, and implementation of intricate Google Workspace deployment and optimization initiatives.
• Serve as the main liaison for client leadership, ensuring clear communication, risk management, and alignment on project deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (technical engineers, data migration experts, and trainers) to guarantee seamless execution.
• Establish, monitor, and take ownership of delivery satisfaction metrics, proactively adjusting strategies to resolve client pain points.
• Juggle multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
• Develop and implement thorough change management strategies (communication, training, and resistance management) customized to distinct client cultures.
• Perform stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments to foresee user challenges during the transition to Google Workspace.
• Cultivate and support internal "Google Guides/Champions" networks within client organizations to promote grassroots peer-to-peer learning.
• Elevate clients beyond basic email/calendar functionalities, guiding them on how to utilize Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Meet, Chat, AppSheet) to enhance their daily collaboration.
• 5+ years of experience in managing complex IT programs, with a minimum of 3 years specifically dedicated to Google Workspace deployments and Change Management.
• Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP).
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum).
• Credentials as a Google Workspace Professional Administrator or Deployment Specialist.
• Cloud Digital Leader certification.
• Extensive, hands-on knowledge of the Google Workspace ecosystem, including its security/governance frameworks and collaborative features.
• Outstanding empathy, active listening, and communication abilities. You must be able to convey complex technical changes into clear, benefit-oriented narratives for non-technical users.
• Proven experience in defining and monitoring KPIs related to project health, user adoption rates, and customer satisfaction.
