This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Execute project responsibilities that encompass analysis, research, reconciliation, and problem resolution.
• Assist the system construction team throughout the bid review process.
• Oversee financial tracking for construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with procedural policies.
• Generate purchase requisitions for designated projects.
• Administer purchase orders effectively.
• Process and monitor accounts payable invoices.
• Aid in the tracking and submission of statements of work.
• Investigate and rectify issues and discrepancies.
• Alert relevant personnel to avert the recurrence of errors.
• Enhance and standardize procedures and processes to mitigate errors and boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with the fixed asset team regarding project schedules, accurate expenditure details, and timely project completion.
• Engage with contractors, colleagues, and project managers.
• Proven experience in a role that involves project coordination.
• Excellent customer service skills demonstrated in previous positions.
• Proficient in handling invoices, purchase requisitions, and account reconciliation.
• Associate degree preferred from an accredited institution; verification of degree will be conducted.
• Familiarity with accounting and database management is preferred.
• Experience in a health insurance or healthcare environment managing multiple scope projects is preferred.
• Background in construction, particularly working with contractors, is preferred.
• Capability to read and interpret information, documents, and visual displays, as well as identify equipment and supplies while assessing customer needs.
• Strong verbal communication skills to quickly and accurately comprehend spoken information, requirements, and issues.
• Manual dexterity to operate computer equipment with accuracy.
• Frequent use of computers for typing and retrieving necessary information.
• Availability for a Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm work schedule.
• A video interview via Microsoft Teams is required, along with potential onsite interviews and meetings.
• Candidates must not reside or intend to reside in California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, or Washington; Colorado remote caregivers are exempt if their assigned Intermountain facility or service area is not in Colorado.
