Project Billing and Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Act as a vital member of the ERP implementation team.

• Collaborate with Project Managers concerning contract documents, modifications, approvals, and client invoicing requirements.

• Establish and authorize new projects within the ERP system.

• Monthly analyze project revenues and expenses to guarantee precise financial reporting.

• Adjust project data in the system as requested by Project Managers.

• Prepare accurate draft and final invoices for billable projects.

• Communicate and coordinate with cross-office teams and accounting personnel.

• Work together with the Records Department to maintain and archive billing documentation.

• Gather data and prepare reports as necessary.

• Assist in the month-end close process.

• Conduct accounts receivable analysis and aid in collection efforts.

• Provide support for year-end audits.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Prior experience in creating invoices and supporting billing processes.

• Ability to work standard business hours within the designated time zone.

• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in environments driven by deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
