This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Reach out to warm leads supplied by the client and follow up with individuals who engaged with prior email campaigns.
• Professionally introduce yourself and clarify the purpose of your calls.
• Identify the questions or information needs of prospects.
• Present fundamental event details using the authorized script and resources.
• Address common event inquiries and motivate interested prospects to buy tickets.
• Provide links for ticket purchases and assist prospects throughout the buying process.
• Follow up with leads that have shown interest.
• Record sales results and update lead statuses following each interaction.
• Monitor interested, undecided, converted, and unavailable leads.
• Highlight questions or issues that require escalation.
• Deliver daily activity and results updates.
• Submit end-of-day reports detailing calls, leads, prospects, sales, follow-ups, objections, and issues.
• Aim for the KPI of selling 60 event tickets within a 3–4 week timeframe.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Prior experience in telesales, sales, appointment-setting, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.
• Exceptional spoken English skills.
• Clear and professional pronunciation.
• Confident telephone demeanor.
• Strong interpersonal and conversational abilities.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and addressing objections and inquiries.
• At ease with asking for the sale.
• Ability to naturally follow a sales script.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Professional and courteous communication style.
• Goal-oriented and driven by measurable outcomes.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and availability during Sydney / Australian Eastern business hours.
• Capability to communicate professionally with medical professionals and business decision-makers.
• Highly preferred: experience selling to businesses or professionals.
• Highly preferred: experience with warm-lead follow-up and converting marketing-generated leads.
• Highly preferred: experience in event ticket sales, telesales, or appointment-setting.
• Highly preferred: experience with Australian clients or customers.
• Highly preferred: familiarity with CRMs or lead-tracking systems.
• CV and a voice recording introducing yourself and detailing your experience are required upon application.
• Remote / Work-from-Home arrangement.
• Project-based engagement with the potential for extension.
• Access to a client-provided approved calling script.
• A full list of warm leads provided by the client.
• Comprehensive campaign/event information supplied by the client.
