This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.
• Support complex document assessments, legal research, analysis, and various projects.
• Evaluate and interpret documents utilizing online review platforms, including Relativity.
• Assess and implement subjective coding for both privileged and responsive documents.
• Conduct second-tier reviews or quality assurance on document evaluations.
• Categorize and arrange documents systematically.
• Locate, examine, and respond to document requests based on case requirements.
• Undertake special projects as assigned.
• Create, modify, and maintain privilege logs.
• Review, code, and redact documents to ensure confidentiality.
• Prepare memoranda detailing project status or any issues encountered.
• Keep accurate records of InTapp time entries and TCWGlobal Webcenter timesheets.
• Adhere to the Firm’s policies, procedures, and established best practices.
• Juris Doctorate degree required.
• Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of residence and employment.
• At least three years of document review experience or equivalent substantive litigation experience is necessary.
• Strong legal analysis capabilities.
• Familiarity with e-discovery review platforms and tools, including Relativity.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Effective oral and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to forge productive working relationships across the Firm.
• Professional business references and background screening are mandatory for selected final candidates.
• Willingness to work temporarily or for the duration of specific projects.
