This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Carry out comprehensive assessments of legal documents, such as contracts, emails, memos, and more, to pinpoint essential information and evaluate its relevance to ongoing legal issues.
β’ Leverage analytical abilities and legal expertise to ensure precision and adherence to established protocols and guidelines.
β’ Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support teams to meet project goals.
β’ Organize and manage assessed documents using effective document management systems.
β’ Conduct focused legal research to assist in case development and strategy formulation.
β’ Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
β’ Follow UnitedLex information security policies and comply with the ISO 27001 standard.
β’ Report any security issues, vulnerabilities, and breaches.
β’ Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA accredited law school.
β’ Must be active and in good standing with the Bar Association in your relevant jurisdiction.
β’ Access to a home computer with a "broadband" internet connection.
β’ Familiarity with legal concepts, terminology, and procedures.
β’ Proficient in legal research, utilizing appropriate databases and resources.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
β’ Knowledge of eDiscovery platforms and document review software (e.g., Relativity, Reveal, Logikcull, etc.).
β’ Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Teams, Word, and Excel.
β’ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Capability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
β’ Prior experience or a proven understanding of managing sensitive and confidential information.
β’ Highly organized, dependable, and skilled at managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
β’ Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
