Project Assistant – Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist project managers with planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of projects.

• Aid in overseeing project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.

• Keep project records, databases, documentation, and status updates organized.

• Facilitate communication among project teams, stakeholders, and clients.

• Support the management of issues and risks, helping to ensure prompt resolution of project challenges.

• Generate reports, analyze project data, and offer administrative assistance for project efforts.

• Comply with Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Teams, and Adobe Pro.

• Strong grasp of basic Excel formulas, formatting, and overall functionality.

• Comfortable with performing repetitive tasks.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume requests under tight deadlines.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capable of managing multiple databases and reporting systems.

• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

• Experience providing support for projects, programs, or cross-functional business initiatives.

• Familiarity with maintaining databases, reports, and documentation.

• High school diploma, certificate of completion of secondary education, or equivalent experience required.

• Intermediate-level knowledge acquired through training or practical experience.

• A college degree or equivalent is preferred.

• Knowledge of Salesforce, BMS, BPTS, CPQ, OIP, or similar systems is advantageous.

• Licensing may be required for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
