This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the coordination and management of client service projects, which includes scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and tracking timelines.
• Organize schedules and deliverables for both internal and external client meetings and tasks.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates, collect information, and respond to inquiries.
• Aid in the development and distribution of project reports, presentations, and other deliverables.
• Maintain and update project documentation, databases, and client records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
• Assist in the development and refinement of client service processes and procedures.
• Provide administrative support that includes data entry, document formatting, filing, and version control.
• Monitor project progress and collect client feedback to facilitate improvements.
• Engage in team meetings and contribute to the planning and execution of client service strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Social Science, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support.
• Experience in a client services or customer-facing environment is preferred.
• Proficient in communicating with clients or stakeholders in a professional setting.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Capable of handling sensitive information discreetly and maintaining confidentiality.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Possess a customer service mindset and a proactive approach to client needs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a virtual team environment.
• Currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Employment-based visa sponsorship, including H-1B sponsorship, is not available.
• May be required to meet specific residency requirements based on project work.
