This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Coordinate and sequence work with relevant subcontractors and vendors
• Analyze and comprehend the scopes of work for each subcontractor
• Contribute to the achievement of successful and safe project execution
• Serve as a secondary supervisor for one or more crafts on a significant project or specific project area
• Oversee and enforce OSHA and Beck's safety policies and procedures
• Assist in safety and subcontractor meetings
• Aid in the development and implementation of the Zero Accident plan and Excavation Methods of Procedure plan
• Support the formulation and adherence to Beck Quality Control Standards
• Help create and sustain a site logistics plan
• Coordinate and communicate the sequencing of underground utility installation in accordance with Beck’s XMOP policy
• Assist in creating a site-specific conflict matrix
• Grasp basic project financial information, including monthly cost projections and labor cost reports
• Review and comprehend subcontractor contracts and scopes of work in Exhibit B
• Familiarize with and adhere to project specifications
• Manage, train, and organize daily work activities for hourly labor
• Monitor and submit hourly labor time through CMiC/Workday
• Perform material take-offs from contract documents or in the field
• 2-5 years of experience in field coordination or relevant commercial construction projects
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field OR equivalent experience as a Field Foreman or Field Engineer
• Basic knowledge of safety protocols
• Experience in a supervisory role
• Capacity to maintain daily reporting
• Comprehensive understanding of project documents
• Familiarity with construction technologies such as Synchro, Procore, Bluebeam, Egnyte, CMiC, and Revit is advantageous
• Commitment to consistent and timely attendance
• Capability to frequently ascend and descend ladders and stairs
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions regularly
• Capacity to frequently transport equipment weighing up to 50 lbs across various site locations
• Ability to navigate uneven surfaces throughout the job site
