Project Architect – Facility Planner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Create room adjacencies, blocking diagrams, and building layouts in accordance with operational and process needs.

• Design facilities that seamlessly integrate manufacturing, laboratory, warehouse, office, and employee support areas, including locker rooms and break spaces.

• Assist with projects that range from the development of new facilities to intricate renovations within existing operational buildings.

• Generate planning diagrams, programming documents, and initial design narratives.

• Occasionally travel for project meetings and site inspections (generally up to once a month).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or a related field.

• 7-12+ years of professional experience in architecture.

• Solid grasp of facility planning and architectural coordination.

• Skilled in Revit, Bluebeam, and other design software.

• Preferably a licensed architect or actively pursuing licensure.
