This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Take ownership and oversee the complete delivery of customer projects, starting from initiation all the way through implementation and transition into ongoing services.
• Define and finalize project scope, milestones, dependencies, resource allocation, budgets, and delivery plans in partnership with customers and internal teams.
• Ensure that projects and delivery initiatives are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet agreed-upon quality standards.
• Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional delivery teams, including Business Analysts/Consultants and Solution Architects, ensuring that customer satisfaction with MRAS remains at the highest level.
• Maintain clear governance, delivery cadence, and status reporting for both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, changes, and dependencies across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Ensure that all project processes, procedures, and documentation are completed in accordance with MRAS standards.
• Serve as the primary delivery lead for assigned customers beyond the initial implementation phase.
• Take ownership of delivery outcomes for enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing initiatives for existing customers.
• Ensure customers receive the highest level of service, consistently demonstrating professionalism, responsiveness, and accountability.
• Clearly communicate customer goals, priorities, and constraints to MRAS delivery and product teams.
• Act as the main escalation point for any delivery-related issues and conflicts, resolving concerns constructively while safeguarding MRAS interests.
• Maintain a prominent and visible presence with customers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Effectively manage customer expectations related to delivery scope, timelines, and commercial implications.
• Forecast and oversee resource utilization across projects and service engagements.
• Forecast and monitor customer payment schedules for delivery engagements.
• Assist in pricing and scoping delivery engagements and change requests as needed.
• Provide daily leadership, guidance, and mentoring to project and delivery team members.
• Coordinate across various regions and time zones, collaborating closely with MRAS delivery, product, and engineering teams on a global scale.
• Ensure delivery teams have clear priorities, defined roles, and success measures.
• Possess strong expertise in project delivery and customer relationship management.
• Have technical awareness and experience with complex enterprise systems, ideally within Life Insurance or Financial Services sectors.
• Exhibit excellent customer-facing communication skills, with the capacity to engage senior stakeholders independently.
• Demonstrate strong team leadership and delivery coordination abilities.
• Be highly organized, with proven experience using MS Project or similar delivery planning tools.
• Understand commercial drivers, delivery margins, and contract-based delivery models.
• Professional project management certifications (PMI / PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent) are advantageous.
• Business fluency in Mandarin is highly valued.
• Experience in Life Insurance, including underwriting or claims management, is beneficial.
• This role may require occasional overseas travel.
