This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance in managing the portfolio of planned shutdown projects, including costs and budgeting.

• Create and register new performance indicators, and assist in managing the Fertilizer assets by updating the Results Management System (SIGER) with registered indicators.

• Prepare documentation, offer support to management, and register new standards.

• Ensure management standards are kept current.

• Track and report the performance of Fertilizer assets related to standardization management.

• Oversee the control of the Action Plan for addressing nonconformities and actions that fall under management's responsibility.

• Organize and document meetings for the Coordination and Structuring Program with Fertilizer assets.

• Address inquiries from internal departments by clarifying financial variances and generating forecasts to align with spending plans.

• Identify and reclassify incorrect postings to cost objects or cost centers within the current month.

• Conduct budget planning and monitoring (operational expenses and capital investments) through planning activities, identifying and allocating active demands (investments, operations, and expenses), and provide justifications for deviations in the approved project portfolio.

• Create cost objects for active demands based on agreed-upon priorities.

• Oversee processes that support procurement planning activities.

• Gather accounting, tax, and financial data for administrative processes.

• Generate various charts and reports.

• Conduct data collection and calculations.

• Draft letters, official communications, and meeting minutes.

• Manage and coordinate schedules for meetings.

• Prepare budgets associated with the operational expenses of maintenance shutdown management.

• Consolidate and present financial results monitoring, performance, production, and budget compliance of the Fertilizer assets.

• Analyze, prepare, and submit information related to the Cost Tree and Monitoring.

• Analyze, prepare, and submit data to the project performance control system.

• Assist in the preparation of the Strategic Plan, Business Plan, and Management Plan.

• Aid in the preparation of the Annual Business Plan and input management information into SAP.

• Present expenditure reports for the Fertilizer assets by company including:

• a. Historical measurements for recent months and years;

• b. Cumulative measurements by year and total;

• c. Measurement balance;

• d. Present as a bar chart using the template provided by PETROBRAS;

• e. Remaining term balance;

• f. Risk assessment of depleting the balance or contractual term;

• g. Tax ID (CNPJ);

• h. SAP number;

• i. Corporate name.

• Update cost and investment indicators in the Results Management System.

• Estimate initial costs for active demands, notify the cost analyst to monitor the current portfolio in compliance with PNG/PAN, and formally notify clients to close demands, transferring responsibilities and accounting write-offs.

• Provide monthly assistance for accounting adjustments related to incorrect expenditures in PGC cost objects (corrections within the month of competence).

• Support the monthly tracking of budget execution for operational expenses of the PGC PAN.

• Aid in determining and collecting personnel cost allocations by extracting reports from the SAP ERP.

• Query expenditure databases by cost centers and cost classes through SAP ERP.

• Prepare and update spreadsheets with information pertinent to monitoring and tracking projects.

• Monitor project timelines and costs within the portfolio.

• Create presentations, reports, and management dashboards to convey information regarding scheduled shutdown projects.

• Assist in executing and monitoring control processes related to the Fixed Assets macroprocess, subject to annual audits per the Sarbanes‑Oxley Act (SOX), including generating monthly project lists, liaising with external entities, and organizing documentation to fulfill audit requests.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or Administrative Studies.

• An MBA in Business Management or Logistics Management is preferred.

• At least 7 years of proven experience in relevant activities.

• A minimum of 7 years’ experience in operational units such as power generation, gas processing, refineries, fertilizer plants, and/or petrochemical facilities is preferred.

• MBA in management or related fields is preferred.

• Proficiency in tools such as SAP, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
