This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Guarantee the effective execution of projects in partner regions by collaborating with Secretariats of Education, implementation partners, and local focal points, ensuring the monitoring of indicators, organization of operational workflows, and adherence to work plans.
• Serve as the primary liaison for the organization with Secretariats of Education and implementation partners.
• Facilitate regular follow-up meetings with territories.
• Assist in defining and monitoring schedules and operational alignments.
• Ensure clear delineation of roles, responsibilities, and agreements among stakeholders.
• Oversee the monitoring of implementation, engagement, and outcome indicators.
• Update dashboards and periodic reports as necessary.
• Analyze data to pinpoint risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for enhancement.
• Aid in evidence-based decision-making processes.
• Develop work plans and review templates for cooperation agreements for all education networks involved in the projects, with support from internal teams and the legal department.
• Structure, organize, and document workflows between internal departments and territories.
• Ensure adherence to project deadlines, deliverables, and milestones.
• Create monitoring tools such as spreadsheets, checklists, and communication templates.
• Recommend operational enhancements to boost efficiency and quality of implementation.
• Monitor agreed-upon targets with the territories.
• Organize information for institutional reports and accountability to partners.
• Identify risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
• Previous experience in managing or monitoring projects within public education networks.
• Capability to monitor and analyze various indicators.
• Proficiency in organizational tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards, and task management software.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to structure processes and suggest improvements effectively.
• Clear and concise communication skills, maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Proactive with a strong sense of accountability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
