Director of Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the strategic onboarding, implementation, consulting, and transformation initiatives across HSP's diverse global service offerings.

• Responsible for ensuring successful project execution, client satisfaction, team leadership, and upholding strong governance across a portfolio of intricate multi-country projects.

• Guarantee that projects are completed on schedule, within the defined scope, budget, and quality standards.

• Serve as the primary point of escalation and trusted advisor for key strategic clients.

• Propel continuous improvement efforts within the Special Projects division.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product leadership to enhance strategic growth initiatives.

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate project managers and consultants within the Special Projects team.

• Manage the onboarding and implementation processes for global client engagements involving Payroll, Accounting, Legal Entity Management, HR, Tax, and other related service lines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.

• Over 12 years of progressive experience in program management, project management, consulting, or professional services sectors.

• Extensive experience in leading complex global transformation, implementation, or operational delivery projects.

• Proven track record of managing senior stakeholders, executive sponsors, and strategic client relationships successfully.

• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and mentor high-performing teams.

• Strong financial and commercial insight, including project forecasting, resource allocation, and budget oversight.

• In-depth knowledge of Payroll, Accounting, HR, and Legal Entity Management services, particularly in international business contexts.

• Comprehensive understanding of global expansion initiatives and their operational requirements.

• Familiarity with leading payroll providers and platforms, especially ADP and CloudPay.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Experience in collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Executive Leadership teams.
