Project Analyst, Revenue & Brand Protection

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Rockwell Automation's suppliers of traded goods, business units, IT support teams, and sourcing organizations to integrate suppliers into the serialization and registration program.

• Key responsibilities include onboarding suppliers, coordinating with IT to validate supplier data across various environments, and ensuring suppliers consistently provide high-quality data.

• Report directly to the Director of Revenue and Brand Protection.

• Engage with suppliers based on priority to introduce the program and evaluate their readiness.

• Work closely with the IT development team to onboard new suppliers and facilitate their transition from lower environments to production.

• Identify supplier-related issues to guarantee the quality of serial data and address any data gaps.

• Manage PowerBI reporting and pinpoint gaps for proactive monitoring and detection of supplier concerns.

• Ensure adherence to ESPR plans and provide support for the ESPR program.

• Assist with Product Serialization and Registration as well as gray market initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• International experience and an appreciation for cultural differences.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).

• Over 2 years of relevant experience.

• Proficient in PowerBI and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Comfortable working within a globally distributed team.

• Possess an investigative mindset.

• Experienced in collaborating across a global organization.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Build credibility with regional partners and staff at Rockwell Automation.
