Project Analyst – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Oversee the coordination among project team members to ensure effective collaboration across various departments and timely delivery of project outputs.

• Host regular planning and status meetings with project teams as necessary to monitor progress and identify any challenges.

• Skillfully apply and leverage IT PMO practices, procedures, and relevant tools to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Recognize and present solutions to project teams and sponsors for everyday challenges and risks that arise during the project lifecycle.

• Build and sustain strong working relationships with stakeholders to enhance project delivery and overall performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate's (2-year) degree or a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in project management with a solid understanding of systems architecture and business processes.

• Proven ability to lead project-related activities with minimal supervision and to make sound judgments regarding issue escalation.

• Familiarity with stakeholder management principles and essential communication skills, including verbal, written, and visual communication.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a dedication to continuous learning and emotional intelligence.
