Project Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist with revenue integrity projects that involve payer interactions from start to finish.

• Create, assess, and issue client invoice packages utilizing internal systems.

• Track and associate receivables with overpayments in TRENDConnect.

• Record exceptions and seek support when necessary.

• Manage payer inventory in accordance with established workflows and schedules.

• Prepare Accounts Payable requests for approval from leadership.

• Keep client bank files up to date, document deposits, and review aging funds.

• Evaluate overpayments through designated quality assurance processes.

• Ensure access to required payer systems and complete compliance training.

• Revise internal process documentation and adhere to established procedures.

• Provide support to Client Success and Operations in invoicing, receivables, or payment workflow initiatives.

• Recognize opportunities for process enhancements and appropriately escalate issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma is mandatory.

• A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, healthcare, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Equivalent healthcare experience can be considered in place of the required high school diploma.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 is essential.

• Excellent attention to detail, time management abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

• Capability to adhere to defined workflows and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

• A keen interest in pursuing a career in revenue integrity, payment integrity, or healthcare finance.

• Must be able to meet compliance requirements, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and disclosure of personal health information or personally identifiable information.
