Project Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning, execution, and oversight of projects.

• Monitor schedules, action plans, and delivery progress.

• Update and track status reports, milestones, unresolved issues, and risks.

• Consolidate and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Create dashboards and management reports.

• Coordinate activities with relevant areas, fostering alignment among stakeholders.

• Map, document, and suggest process enhancements.

• Aid in the preparation and facilitation of follow-up meetings.

• Draft meeting minutes, record decisions, and follow up on action plans.

• Assist in budget oversight and monitor project expenditures.

• Organize and maintain up-to-date project documentation and artifacts.

• Offer methodological guidance to teams, ensuring compliance with project practices and governance.

• Identify risks, dependencies, and obstacles, reporting critical issues as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Economics, Information Technology, or related fields.

• Fundamental knowledge of project management principles.

• Familiarity with PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban, or Agile methodologies.

• Comprehension of planning, scheduling, and risk management processes.

• Experience in creating reports, presentations, and tracking KPIs.

• Intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Knowledge of process mapping and improvement is desirable.
