Project Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Provide support for both internal and client-oriented projects within a dynamic consulting setting.

• Create project Statements of Work (SOWs), budgets, timelines, and progress reports.

• Oversee project scope, risks, resources, deadlines, and financial aspects.

• Organize internal and client meetings, along with follow-ups and action plans.

• Handle the client submission processes, which include Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) reviews.

• Route deliverables through internal review, quality assurance, and approval procedures.

• Keep project documentation well-organized and ensure adherence to client-specific protocols.

• Recognize opportunities for enhancing efficiency, communication, and project delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of 3 years of project management experience in a high-paced environment.

• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging multiple stakeholders.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.

• Experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or consulting is preferred.

• Understanding of client submission processes, MLR reviews, and pharmaceutical project timelines.

• PMP certification is preferred.
