Project Administrator – Buildertrend, Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Mastering the Digital Job Site: You will act as the operational foundation in Buildertrend, setting up project profiles, overseeing drawing logs, and ensuring organized workflows so that field teams always have immediate access to accurate project files.

• Keeping Timelines Synchronized: You will convert master project schedules between Microsoft Project and Buildertrend, guaranteeing that daily progress and weekly look-ahead schedules accurately reflect real-time field operations.

• Eliminating Project Delays: You will proactively gather RFIs, compile submittal packages, and monitor material selections to ensure field superintendents and suppliers do not face avoidable downtime.

• Protecting Operational Integrity: You will review daily logs and confirm incoming subcontractor and supplier invoices against completed schedule phases.

• Construction-Minded & Detail-Obsessed: You possess a strong understanding of residential construction phases and terminology, with the ability to identify schedule variances and manage multiple tasks with exceptional accuracy.

• Proactive & Clear Communicator: You excel in professional written and verbal English communication, effectively coordinating between project managers, field superintendents, and external trade partners.

• Structured & Reliable Operator: You thrive in dynamic environments, take charge of administrative workflows, and ensure that outstanding items such as RFIs and material approvals are never overlooked.

• Tech-Savvy: You have practical experience using Buildertrend for project management, are familiar with reading Microsoft Project schedules, and are proficient with Excel/Google Sheets and team collaboration tools like Slack.
