• Leadership Support – cultivate relationships and enhance collaboration with program/framework leadership teams, as well as operations and commercial (Commercial assistants & QS) teams.
• Reporting and Analysis – create and maintain reports to facilitate business decisions and risk management, focusing on key areas such as P&L, cash flow, and order book.
• Financial Reviews – provide challenge and support as part of the Senior Leadership team during project evaluations and monthly and quarterly financial assessments.
• Month End – ensure the attainment of month-end deadlines while demonstrating accurate accounting records and robust internal controls.
• Budgeting and Forecasting – ensure timely and precise completion of budgets and forecasts, incorporating comprehensive trend and KPI analysis, including the management of financial risk and opportunity registers.
• Cash management – coordinate project cash flow forecasts alongside monthly WIP and debt reviews to enhance or sustain working capital.
• Rate Management – conduct periodic evaluations of internal CTE rates and external sales rates in accordance with commercial agreements.
• Financial Modelling & Bids – collaborate closely with key business partners to develop and sustain essential financial and scenario-based models that support strategic business decisions.
• Wider Support – oversee or coordinate end-to-end O2C, P2P, and R2R activities within the area to ensure the embedding of best practices.
• Adhoc activities to assist in securing work or achieving the area’s strategic and operational goals.
• Fully qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or in the final year of study.
• Dedicated team player.

• Proficiency in SAP is highly preferred.
