This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Maintain records of student registration, reporting, and reconciliation within the student information system.
• Collaborate with attendance staff to manage state reporting through daily reports and analyze weekly and monthly trends.
• Process enrollments, transfers, and withdrawals for students.
• Provide support for attendance-related functions and reporting for students.
• Manage student information as mandated by the Arizona Department of Education and for private school students both nationally and internationally.
• Comply with established policies and procedures for managing student information.
• Assist with Arizona state reporting, including resolving reporting discrepancies and conducting data analysis.
• Maintain the student information system, develop student profiles, and generate monthly reports.
• Handle enrollment, transfers, and withdrawals specifically for SPED and 504 students.
• Keep Exceptional Programs folders updated and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
• Support the implementation of student-information policies and procedures.
• Work in conjunction with the Network Office on compliance frameworks and annual financial audits.
• Request SPED and 504 records for both incoming and exiting students.
• Adhere to local, state, federal, and Office of Civil Rights policies regarding student enrollment.
• Gather information from students and parents while ensuring confidentiality.
• Engage in online and in-person events and activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Associate’s Degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience working with student information system data, including reconciling and troubleshooting, as well as maintaining student records.
• Familiarity with Infinite Campus and IEPPro is an advantage.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must possess an active AZ Department of Public Safety (DPS) IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Demonstrates strong skills in reading, writing, computation, technology, and communication.
• Capable of following oral and written instructions with minimal supervision.
• Skilled in planning, organizing, and maintaining a filing system.
• Able to plan, organize, schedule, execute, and oversee projects effectively.
• Must maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
• Proficient in using a personal computer and relevant software for developing spreadsheets, databases, and word processing.
• Ability to adhere to established deadlines.
• Must be able to articulate well, maintain a professional demeanor, and demonstrate initiative.
• Capable of occasionally pushing or lifting up to 20 lbs.
• Occasional travel for site visits, meetings, trainings, and/or conferences.
