Programs & Political Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Monitor the political landscapes at local, state, and federal levels, including electoral timelines and emerging opportunities.

• Generate timely political and electoral memoranda for Higher Heights PAC and executive leadership.

• Track legislation and political trends that are pertinent to Black women voters.

• Manage the candidate pipeline database and conduct research on potential candidates.

• Assist with candidate engagement and onboarding processes.

• Oversee the collection and analysis of political, demographic, and voter data.

• Collaborate with various teams to shape strategy and messaging.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in political campaigns, political data/analytics, advocacy organizations, or electoral strategy.

• Strong comprehension of U.S. electoral systems, political dynamics, and campaign operations.

• Proven experience in political research, data analysis, or voter file tools (such as Airtable, etc.).

• Exceptional writing skills with the capability to produce concise political briefs, memoranda, and analyses.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities.

• Strong relationship-building skills and comfort in working with candidates and senior stakeholders.

• Dedication to enhancing representation and supporting candidates from historically underrepresented communities.
