📋 Description

• Lead the strategic planning and implementation of scalable programs across various jurisdictions, effectively conveying outcomes and insights to senior leadership.

• Develop and sustain program management frameworks that guarantee measurable results, sustainable operations, and the ability to adapt to changing legal requirements while ensuring Airbnb's obligations are fulfilled with excellence.

• Convert emerging regulatory trends, data, and cross-functional insights into actionable business strategies for senior leadership.

• Shape cross-functional roadmaps and corporate strategy through profound knowledge of regulatory frameworks.

• Propel high-impact strategic initiatives designed to boost efficiency and effectiveness while aligning with broader business objectives.

• Analyze data to detect trends, highlight anomalies, and conduct necessary investigations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in regulatory operations, legal/policy compliance, consulting, project management, or related areas.

• Capability to navigate uncertainty and lead multiple projects within a dynamic and complex regulatory landscape.

• Proven experience in developing scalable technical solutions and processes to manage risks.

• Background in designing and operationalizing regulatory workflows.

• Outstanding communication abilities, with the capacity to convey complex information as needed for diverse audiences.

• Proficient and confident in regularly engaging with, influencing, and being a strategic partner to senior management to guide strategy and decision-making for positive outcomes.

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, evidenced by a history of aligning cross-functional teams to meet business goals.
