Programming Team Lead – Engine

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Lead a dynamic team of skilled programmers focused on developing essential technologies for game creation.

• Organize team meetings to evaluate progress on assigned tasks.

• Identify challenges and collaborate on potential solutions.

• Assess unresolved bugs and determine the best strategies for resolution.

• Maintain regular communication with leads from various disciplines to plan effectively, recognize risks, and ensure timely delivery.

• Engage in daily coding activities alongside your team.

• Keep your Project Lead informed about your team’s ongoing assignments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in computer science or computer engineering.

• Proficient in programming languages such as C++, C#, Java, Python, or others.

• Several years of robust programming experience.

• Familiarity with video game engines or experience in embedded software programming or similar fields.

• Experience in managing a team of programmers or equivalent roles.

• Outstanding communication and strategic leadership abilities.

• Capacity to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
