Programmer Analyst, Level 2

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Independently design, prototype, implement, test, and troubleshoot programs.

• Collaborate with users to understand business requirements and convert them into technical specifications.

• Utilize SDLC methodologies effectively.

• Conduct quality assurance and integration testing.

• Manage assigned tasks while providing regular progress updates.

• Execute work using relational databases and various programming languages.

• Enhance understanding of functional areas and business processes.

• Resolve moderately complex issues with minimal oversight.

• Contribute to cross-functional projects.

• Engage in team projects that support business objectives.

• Work closely with management to address challenges.

• Report directly to the Manager, Systems / Director, IT.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.

• BA/BS Degree in MIS/Computer Science (equivalent experience with certifications may be considered).

• Strong experience with Functional/ERP Applications.

• Intermediate proficiency in SQL.

• Working knowledge of Python and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with HTML, web, and cloud applications.

• Experience with change management tools and systems.

• Ability to interpret business requirements and convert them into technical specifications.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

• Effective time management and organizational abilities.

• Sound judgment and professional integrity.

• Capable of fulfilling essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation.

• May be required to work outside standard office hours and participate in an on-call schedule.
