This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Oversee Curriculum & Learning Design
• Take charge of the entire learning experience: plan modules, set durations, define learning outcomes, and determine content sequence.
• Develop assessment frameworks: design exam formats, establish passing criteria, and provide recertification guidelines.
• Draft storyboards and narration scripts for all modules prior to production.
• Create Engaging E-Learning Content
• Generate approximately 7 hours of interactive e-learning material, including videos, animations, interactive modules, and job aids.
• Construct a ~1-hour certification exam complete with an item bank and psychometric guidance for scoring and reliability.
• Ensure all content meets accessibility standards, including captions, transcripts, alt text, and conducting accessibility checks.
• Implement and Manage Content on Platforms
• Publish SCORM/xAPI packages and provide all source files (Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar).
• Collaborate with internal and platform teams to prepare content for LMS deployment.
• Train client administrators to manage, update, and sustain content and assessment banks.
• Conduct QA checks and generate quality and accessibility reports.
• Monitor and Report Learning Data
• Specify which data should be tracked in SCORM/xAPI: completions, attempts, scores, time-on-module, and role metadata.
• Provide sample reports and CSV/API-ready data extracts for analytics teams.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• Over 6 years of experience in external-facing e-learning, instructional design, or certification programs.
• Significant advantage if you have experience with media agencies.
• Strong practical experience with SCORM/xAPI publishing and content production tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar).
• Proficient in multimedia production: video, animations, and interactive components.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Articulate360, Tiled, Sizmek, or internal content distribution systems.
• Knowledgeable in LMS reporting and analytics, including tracking learning progress and assessment outcomes.
• Experienced in accessibility compliance (WCAG AA or equivalent).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills necessary for documentation and admin training.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
