This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Assist local markets in strategizing, implementing, refining, and assessing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Serve as a strategic advisor, steering campaign development throughout the entire customer journey.
• Ensure alignment of the appropriate audiences, messages, content, and channels to meet business objectives and KPI targets.
• Enhance campaign performance through data analysis, marketing automation, content strategy, and ongoing optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Master’s degree is a plus).
• At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign management, or demand generation.
• Demonstrated experience in planning, executing, and optimizing integrated B2B campaigns across both digital and offline channels.
• Strong proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar reporting platforms to extract actionable insights.
• Proven success in lead-generation campaigns, audience segmentation, personalized messaging, and campaign optimization.
• Hands-on experience utilizing AI-driven marketing tools for content creation, personalization, audience insights, or campaign optimization.
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, presentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
